Coaching Supervision is becoming increasingly important as the standard
of coaching increases along with the increase in the number of coaches providing coaching from a variety of backgrounds
and training. Any coach or organisation that is serious about coaching will thereore engage the provision of a Coach Supervisor
Malcolm Arin-Strutt has spent the past 10 years focusing on
coaching and for the past two years he has been supervising coaches. His supervision training is with Peter Hawkins
of the Bath Consultancy and Dr Michael Carroll of CST.

A supervision programme consists of a series of one-to-one meetings in which the issues addressed could include:
- responsibilities of the coach,
- ethical issues,
- moral dilemmas,
- coach and coachee awareness
- effects of coaching upon the wider context (team, organisation, communities).
